Tasks that must be completed. These were determined after working on our master documentation but are very much related to Ryan's meeting with Prof. Buzard that clarified the direction of our project.

@ecn310/nepobabies Here is my feedback on your documentation:

  1. The structure of the master documentation on the wiki looks good
    • It would be better to embed the links in a descriptive word or two using (text)[url] ; having the full links makes it harder to read
  2. I've seen the post with the content of the do-file, but you need to upload an actual do-file.
  3. The post above here is a good start for task documentation, but the idea is to have a separate issue for each task.
  4. I'm not sure if this thread is meant to be your daily log? I don't see a daily log anywhere that records what gets done each day. You were supposed to be posting every time you did anything on the project since last week; you should start doing that and continue for the rest of the semester.

@kbuzard Yes, we are trying to use the RDS now to complete this, and if that does not work will be coming to office hours to get some assistance with this.

We have made this correction!

We have a daily log as a discussion section. Should we switch it to an issue? And if so, is there any way we can do that and automatically keep it in date order?

I see the do-file. Good job! I also see the individual tasks. I'd suggest making the titles a little more concise and putting the full details in the first post--again for ease of use / readability.

This is my bad. I didn't read the master documentation closely enough. It's fine to leave it on discussions if that's where you want it. It would be helpful to clean up the formatting of the master documentation so that it's more user friendly.

We are closing this issue because we have reformatted how we track tasks. They are now their own separate issues as opposed to being multiple tasks track in one issue.

@ecn310/nepobabies Please update your wiki to reflect the fact that this isn't your task documentation anymore.

@kbuzard Sounds good! That is one of our goals for the break, to update our wiki.

@rpseely If you do it within the next 24 hours, let me know and I'll give you full credit for this past weekend's documentation check
