possibly get the mean values for the ACF and their CI's #9

Have gotten a start on this, a function exists in the functions_autocorr.R file that can get the values, and I have the loop in the main ticks function currently written to save those values for keepsake after. Currently, not doing anything with those outputs but that could be done relatively easily?
