Temporary enlargement of a grid tile for inspection #109

Users have expressed the desire the enlarge / grow a verification grid tile during a verification task so that they have a larger spectrogram that they can inspect events on.

We should therefore add grab points to the grid tiles so that users can resize them.

So, I'm thinking a little magnifier-plus/minus icon on the tiles.
