Fix selection box being to eager to start selection

We have had problems in the past with the selection highlight box being to eager to start selection.

• If the user is using the media controls brightness, on contrast range inputs, the selection highlight box should not trigger
• If the user clicks, and moves their mouse a bit (I have chosen $$15px$$ after some testing), the selection highlight box should not show

Bug Fixes

• The selection highlight box now has a minimum drag distance ($$15px$$) until it is triggered
• The selection highlight box should not trigger when using the media controls brightness / contrast range inputs

Code Quality

• Fixes a flakey test "should not show a remote data source" in verification-grid.e2e.spec.ts that would intermittently fail
• Creates a types helper folder so that test types and runtime types can be separated into two different files

Additional Notes

CI is failing because there is a bug with 11ty & Liquid which causes the build to fail.

This should resolve itself within time
