Change UI Prompts (misleading) #193

Stakeholder C read the prompt "Do all of the audio segments have the correct applied tag?" which was confusing. He did not realise that he could select spectrograms for validation but assumed he could only make a decision one page at a time.

Suggestion: Change the prompt to "Do all of the selected audio segments have the correct applied tag?" (implying that all are selected by default and that user can make a sub-selection)

Probably need a general prompt overhaul for all scenarios. Maybe even get rid of it if we improve the bootstrap?
