Add sort by weight functionality to "To be" page #112

The KPI's are sorted in the "To Be" tab according to their weights. This proved to be confusing for the users (including me ;-) so I suggest to remove this functionality.

A nice-to-have would be a "sort" button.

Removed in 1.0.9, sort button is still not added. Please set appropriate tags for this issue, it can remain an enhancement issue.
