Quantative KPI definition: define sufficient & excellent #92

Instead of defining a "bad" and an "excellent", define a "sufficient" (being the 6) and an "excellent" (being the 10). Extrapolate between 6 and 1.

First version added to 1.0.7. Not very tested though..
