Updated both initial and refresh set of battery characteristics

Thank you for resolving this issue. I do not have battery storage on my system, so I never really used that portion of the code.

Many thanks - guessing needs a new version publishing as well? I didn't change the Changelog.md or package version. Sorry first time using GitHub and reinstall of plugin within home bridge has the old code still.
