This entails:

  1. grow up H118 and 11-68 hosts from -80 stock in PSA media
  2. doing full length 16S PCR using primers: (I am waiting on the protocol from Natalie Solonenko)
  3. purify PCR product
  4. send to sequencing core for Sanger sequencing
