add note to Readme about large files #8

Certain files are larger than github's max file size and will not be stored in the repo. This should be noted in the readme.

@sebaum Noam recommends we use the piggyback package to attach files to github releases. That way when someone downloads the release code, all data are there but the files are not tracked via git.
