What needs to happen at the end of an EHA project

Contractual obligations from funders
Leave research artifacts in a FAIR state
- code is deposited in a well documented github repository
- data are deposited in an appropriate repository
- data management plan is updated to reflect project status, list research outputs, and provide context for others who want to access your data
- links are established between research artifacts - e.g. github repo has link to paper and zenodo.
- instructions are provided for how to cite each component
- Decommission any unnecessary services
- Check that only necessary services are still running
  - should secure.eha.io sites be archived?
  - should github actions should be deactivated?
  - Do you have data in odk?
- Check that funds are available to run those services
