Changes requested by IM

This PR addresses closes #14, addressing some changes requested by IM:

The "Photos" field in the Animal table is ignored
A check is added for "Not Mapped" events
Slightly more permissive specimen type and medium checking is implemented via regular expressions rather than fixed-text checks.
