Addresses issue #23

Uses column class to set column type
Currently defaults to character as the column type, may want to change it to "g" for guess

@jeteigen please test on cchf

renv::install("ecohealthalliance/ohcleandat@fix/correct_data_types")

@jeteigen I've tested this with a couple of different time formats but please check with your actual data again
