Determine whether we can get mosquito data in dynamic/seasonal form

Less important than historic outbreak information, unlikely to contribute more than existing layers. Would need to build mosquito SDM and pull into the model, which would use a lot of existing layers (soil type, pans). Or continuous space existing models, but observation problem (not likely to be representative).
