The Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) is a remote sensing index designed to quantify vegetation greenness and monitor vegetation health. It improves upon the widely used Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) by reducing some of the atmospheric influences and addressing soil background noise that can affect NDVI's accuracy, especially in areas with high biomass.
For now, I'm sticking with NDVI. The MODIS bundle request was returning both, which broke that part of the processing pipeline.
