Add grouping/clustering to map view #54

We could cluster markers with something like this: http://leaflet.github.io/Leaflet.markercluster/example/marker-clustering-realworld.388.html

Or we could groups by geographic regions use contours like these: https://github.com/mledoze/countries/tree/master/data

I don't think we should do clustering unless the users start requesting it.
