Big change is that I have refactored the directory structure for the R code into an R package. I also removed much of the sandbox data and the few code snippets and irrelevant documentation.
As of now our software does not have a license. Given that it does not do much yet, this is likely not a big deal. I'm not sure what the university policy on this is so I haven't set it up with anything specific. Also, I listed @georgeomics 's email as the point of contact for package maintainer in documentation (under the aegis of the Lab) . We can change this as need be.
Once @Bvpboy adds his test cases, I'll add him to the authorship list.
