Update:
vs the following url to an identical image search results page
The second link returns good metadata in my environment. I'm very uncertain about what's causing the first link to not return useful metadata, given that that they both take me to the same image search page.

Even better update:
I feel silly. The reason the first URL was failing was because the old, bad metadata was still cached locally. With the current mice/debi/MICE index on github the url you provided ( https://www.google.com/search?q=GESTURE+IDEATION+CURATION&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS582US582&espv=2&biw=2560&bih=1331&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=xc4RVISqLcSe8QHL3IHIDw&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#tbm=isch&q=GESTURE&facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=h5J6gv1qgxaCbM%3A;oMMQg0xJyoA3iM;http%3A%2F%2Fthumbs.dreamstime.com%2Fz%2Fhappy-woman-presentation-gesture-over-white-background-34710674.jpg;http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dreamstime.com%2Fstock-images-happy-woman-presentation-gesture-over-white-background-image34710674;1300;1065) works fine.
