Renderer styles should use unique css class/id names #30

In the future, the extraction extension will want to render metadata on top of of pages. We will need to use safe css names for so that we never mess up the styles on existing pages. Some examples of current weak names in metadataRenderer.css include. and '#content' and '.hidden'

Proposed solutions is to prepend 'ecologylab-' to all the class and id names
