Worth noting I've now changed Rename*Variable() methods significantly. They should be more resilient than before.

Also added a bunch of helper methods to:

• get visually selected text
• find the lines of the start/end block maintaining cursor position (matchit.vim required still)
• run given substitute pattern over a line range without messing with the cursor or throwing exceptions

No rush on merging it, hope you're enjoying the Windy City ;)
