edp build的时候要求支持map配置。

例如 map: { 'ub-dsp-convert-tool': { 'er': 'er3', 'tpl': 'esui-tpl' } } 所有ub-dsp-convert-tool下面的er模块要转到er3.

edp doctor好像也要支持这个map 配置。
