[ ] I can confirm this is a feature request for the Vue component instead of ECharts itself.

Details

Can you please tell me if this library has the ability to highlight a horizontal area with color? Something like this, but you need to select areas along the y axis and paint over the colors

You should ask this in https://github.com/apache/echarts instead. This project is only a Vue wrapper.
