[X] I can confirm this is a feature request for the Vue component instead of ECharts itself.

Details

Not so much of a feature request but rather a request for change. Since Vue 2 is EOL now, would it be possible to remove support for Vue 2 and therefore Vue Demi?

The fact that Vue 2 has reached its EOL does not imply that projects built on Vue 2 no longer need ongoing maintenance. So we intend to keep support Vue 2 for a while.
