Properly document usage #4

Usage documentation in readme is pretty scarce. Write some text that would allow a total newbie to download Jbake, download the theme and get started.

Also explain difference to https://github.com/SiddheshRane/jbake-clean-blog-template , which is a port of an older version of the Clean Blog theme. The Clean Blog theme has since been updated to look a bit better, use more semantic html, and use a recent bootstrap library. Furthermore, while natural templating has it merits I found it harder to see what is going on with Thymeleaf templates than with Freemarker templates. Since this ports a theme that has already been styled Freemarker templates seem easier to work with and easier to pick up.
