Q model fix - Githubissues

This PR fixes the Q_model chimera:

For some reason, the Q_model yaml file was not in the repo. I've made it compatible with the most recent dolo version and added it beck to the repo.
Also, dolo was not being loaded in binder virtual machines. I've added it to the evironment file. It now seems to work.
