Lucas-Asset-Pricing not in econ-ark.org #172

@MridulS, we (@llorracc and I) just merged a pull request that adds metadata for the Lucas Asset Pricing notebook. However, we still do not see it in https://econ-ark.org/materials.

We wonder if there is some issue with the added metadata, or whether some refresh of the website needs to be triggered.

The GitHub action got disabled because it hadn't been run in the last 60 days. I have changed the action to be trigged whenever there is a change in this repo now https://github.com/econ-ark/DemARK/commit/b1f455fc6abcd716c168878c1901e542745cc9bb

Lucas Asset Pricing should be up on econ-ark.org
