I'm trying to execute this REMARK using a local conda environment. It looks like pandas is required but not included as an environment dependency.

$ git clone https://github.com/econ-ark/SolvingMicroDSOPs
$ cd SolvingMicroDSOPs/
$ conda env create -f environment.yml
$ conda activate solvingmicrodsops
$ python do_all.py

Shouldn't pandas get installed with econ-ark?
