Working on a HARK research project that will utilize the structural estimation example in StructEstimation.py with @compumetrika

Made changes to file paths and replaced updated function names to work with latest version of HARK

minimizeNelderMead, bootstrapSampleFromData, addToTimeVary, makeShockHistory, initializeSim all had their names changed
TempConsumerType was not callable; adjusted the syntax to update the agent's parameters
