move Aiyagari, Gang, and MicroDSPS into their own repos

Removed some REMARK folders and either turned them into standalone repos or removed entirely.

Both AiyagariIdiosyncratic and GanongNoelUI will need to have econ-ark forks created, and then their metadata updated.

AiyagariIdiosyncratic is having environment creation issues, some very odd behavior happening with multiple github baesd dependencies. Still working to resolve.
