This pull request corresponds to Matthew V. Zahn and Mateo Velásquez-Giraldo's submission of the final assignment for Advanced Macroeconomics 1.

It is an attempt to replicate the main results in Cocco Gomes Maenhout (2005).

Detailed information on the folder structure and its folder, as well as a mybinder link, can be found in the README in the main folder.
