Update metadata with tags & unify formatting #87

This PR has 2 aims: 1) Add front-matter to metadata file of REMARKs so they render correctly on the updated website 2) Standardise all the metadata files to use the same format (as defined by @llorracc, see LiqConstr.md)

@MridulS How about we find a time to discuss going forwards and how we will work with DEMARKs before this is merged?

Some of these metadata files need to be further filled out. I will attempt to put in all 'key' titles so that 'values' can be entered where appropriate.
