Homepage columns now HARK, REMARK, Other + new content #70

This PR is just to reorder the columns with new descriptions. See screenshot below.

@llorracc This is a simple PR which addresses content changes to the 3 homepage columns. I will setup a way to build and preview the site without having to run locally.
