When developing and prototyping, it may be useful to create static charts as images and insert them as placeholders into the webpage.

@miguelito34 I'm struggling with embedding vega lite viz at the moment, so I'll embed Flourish charts as placeholders for now if that's okay!

I asked Serdar this in a separate issue in case you want to see where I'm struggling with :/

Ya that definitely works! From that we should be able to prep some of the backend python and Jinja things
