Review Jinja Capabilities #17

Will take a bit to review but I think it'll be worthwhile to also explore dynamically generating the HTML with JS instead, especially if we'll already be attempting some charts and visuals with JS. Might help keep things a bit more streamlined, but definitely a decision that'll take some more digging.
