fix URL for get-pip.py

remove installation of distribute (via curl of distribute_setup.py), in favour of install/upgrade of setuptools via pip

So FYI this only fixed the markdown that is the source to the PDF files (meant for workshops). In 52286c99af41a3288738956282574350559b37a0 I added @markhellewell 's instructions to website/_posts/Begin/2013-09-29-Setup-your-machine.md so that it is generated for newcoder.io/begin/setup-your-machine.
