Hey @StephanieKim - I have a teeny bit of instructions here http://newcoder.io/scrape/part-0/ but I'd love a more verbose set of instructions if you're willing!

Yes, totally willing! Postgres can be challenging to install at times so I'd be happy to give more verbose instructions
