[ECO-1466] Update `mainnet` branch to `v4.3.0-audited` tag #782

This PR is a result of:

  1. Branch from mainnet
  2. git reset --hard v4.3.0-audited
  3. git push -f

Since mainnet had historical merge artifacts, this PR simply resets the branch to be identical to v4.3.0-audited
