[ECO-2040] Integrate the new contract swap functionality changes for the SDK and for e2e tests #188

Description

The new contract disallows non-registrants to swap for a period of time after the market is initially registered, aka the grace period for the registrant to buy.

We need to fix the e2e test failures by factoring this in.

[x] Account for market registration grace period
[x] Add tests to test its failure and success
[x] Before/after full grace period (5 minutes)
[x] Before/after partial grace period (after the registrant's first trade)
[x] Add SDK function calls to check the grace period from an emojicoin input
[x] Update the coin balance functions, move them to the SDK
[x] Account for the storage refund issue causing an incorrectly parsed balance
