[ECO-2016] Add new sell/buy 50%/100% buttons #248

Description

This PR adds a:

sell 100% of your emojicoins buttom
buy emojicoins using 50% of your APT balance button
buy emojicoins using 100% of your APT balance button

on the market page of an emoji.

[x] Add 25% buy and 50% sell

The reason is that I wanted to be able to sell ALL your emojicoin/APT when using the 100% buttons. With the previous model, you could only set rough values as input amount. Storing the input amount as a precise number gives me the ability to exactly sell all your APT (0 octas left in account) and all your emojicoin (0 emojicoins left in account).
