[ECO-2262] Fix playwright tests #294

Description

This PR fixes the playwright tests.

It mainly fixes config problems.

It also moves some files from the sdk test directory to the sdk source directory, since they are also used in the frontend package now.

Also, the docker test harness has been designed to be used statically, since Playwright does not support passing an object created in the pre-test phase to the post-test phase.
