Need to decide on the "buckets" of requirements. Once we have them, we can begin deriving system "shall statements" which will ulitmately drive the development Eric and Jake will perform. #5

I propose, but would like input on others, if any:

Homepage Game Page Analysis Page About/Contacts/Help/FAQ Page Social Media (Twitter/Comments)

Ultimately, I will get our requirements looking like a dumbed down version of this...which is the RTM our Test Director is obsessed with. She has an awesome OCD issue which makes her a great QA person!

Thanks dude. For my feedback:

  1. Requirements Traceability Matrix... (What do you guys use to track requirements in your job?)
  2. Yes and Yes, but more specifically, for each game.
  3. I think that's one place to put a social media (SM) thing, but since it COULD really go anywhere, I thik it should be it's own section, might be a smaller section of only 3-6 rqts, but since it is kind of all encompassing for SM, I think.
  4. I don't know. Since none of us really have the bandwidth on a day to day basis (at least for now) to really focus on writing twice a week, I guess this might be something we want to have for the future. But it could be fun to picture it in your head...and float some ideas out, maybe some of them will stick and we will try to implement in other sections of the site and not even have this page. Perhaps, it would be a breakdown of key at bats or interesting baseball plays throughout the previous day(s)...seriously not sure. Do you have any other ideas?
