Issue solved with commit ca86b6b8eb61b78e8afa66984d0f8fc6569e48b7 - except for the cite-ability of the "SWOP patent" EP 0967044 A2. Issue marked "ready for review".

With respect to the text & image in clause "9.4.5 Swop Rivets", we (UF, HS & me) decided to rewrite the text and re-sketch the image, completely: !Figure 16
