Update utils.py to make transform_box less confusing #6

The optional input could make it possible for someone to make a mistake if they do not know what CRS they are converting between.

hmm, I'm a little unsure about this because what I remember is that Luca wanted to use the WGS 84 Mercator (https://epsg.io/3395) projection as the default, actually. But I agree that it could cause confusion to assume this or any other CRS as a default. It may be worth double checking with him on this, as it's not too high of a priority for now.
