[12.0][ENH] acm/acm_form_rental_collection #38

By monthly, allow user to printout a blank pdf form for rental collection that look like following,

Working steps:

In Agreement list view, allow select all "Agreement" grouped by Zone
Click menu Print > Rental Collection Form --> this will open up a wizard
In the wizard,
- Print Date (date), default today, as Date field.
- Agreement List, default all agreements (active_ids) as many2many field.
Click "Print" and print out the form, use date to get month for "number of days" for the month.
- I.e., if date in Jan, will have 31 days. Feb will have 28/29 days.
