CTD files not deleted with the sample #1

The CTD filename was mofiied in the header file of the project and the sample re-imported => no change in the sample metadata in EcoPart ! The sample is removed from EcoPart and re-imported => no change in the sample metadata in EcoPart !

There was no bug. The ctd file was imported because it existed in the ctd_data_cnv folder and was properly named according to profileId. We want now to prevent importing the CTD file if the "ctdrosettefilename" in the header file is set to "xx". This action will be documented in the "Import page".
