Décider d'un mode de gestion :

Un projet UVPapp => deux projets EcoPart et Ecotaxa
Un projet UVPapp => un seul projet EcoPart et Ecotaxa => modification du code
Séparation en deux projets UVPapp (pb des séquences communes aux deux) => deux projets EcoPart et Ecotaxa
