Update services.php #20

The PR https://github.com/sensiolabs/SensioFrameworkExtraBundle/pull/688 has been merged today and @fabpot released a new version of its package.

We need to update the composer.json file and remove the now obsolete lines from the services.php file.

Fixed in tag 2.2.2 and 1.1.2.
