Better definitions for IronScheme #6

Add some extra definitions needed to run benches. Remove naive R6RS definitions.

Perhaps a per-scheme lookup table would be nice?

Thanks. I've merged these, but due to the change to paraffins.scm not from the pull request but separately. (can I edit your pull request and rebase cherry pick it?)
