Threat Actor Scenario Prep - Relay Attack #38

In this type of attack a Threat Actor intercepts the transaction data during a contactless payment and re-transmit the data somewhere else.

Come up with and document a repeatable scenario for Relay Attack research.

For this scenario, I can focus on the vulnerabilities. While I can't intercept low-frequency RFID, I can emulate it. This has implications about the Security of the reader. A car is able to determine the difference between a relay and a fob. A reader takes it either way.

I may merge this with my other task to form the broader: RFID Vulnerabilities and Security Audit task.
