Research if its possible and safe to overclock the phone's NFC antenna to boost its range and capabilities.

From the looks of it, its not possible to "overclock" NFC in this sense. There are external pieces of hardware that allow you to extend the range but nothing really for software.

Instead we can focus on using the phone as a sandbox to test safely test NFC.

This might include:

Detect Reader (Flipper Zero can emulate an MFC 1K card to collect data)
Running scripts and plugins with Flipper Zero
Side Channel Attack or Pen Test
NFC sniffing
